The Elora Road Christian School Story
Elora Road Christian School was founded by families from Elora Road Christian Fellowship to integrate church, family, and education in guiding their children. It has since become a Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 institution, serving around forty families and eighty students from diverse church backgrounds, all committed to a nurturing, faith-based education.
Our Beginnings
Over forty years ago, a group of families from Elora Road Christian Fellowship felt a growing desire to see the church, family, and school speak with one voice into the lives of their children. By sharing space with, and building onto, the existing church they were able to open Elora Road Christian School in 1981.
What began as a kindergarten to Grade 12 school for ERCF families has evolved through the years into a JK to Grade 8 school for all area families who desire an excellent education for their children in an environment that focuses on Christian growth and development.
Elora Road presently serves approximately forty-five families and eighty students from many different church backgrounds.
